1. Scope of Services

We provide business efficiency consulting focusing on resource optimization and operational analytics. Each project’s specific deliverables will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). We're committed to reducing waste, but results depend on the data accuracy provided by your team.

2. Professional Fees & Engagement

Consultancy fees are structured based on project complexity or hourly rates as agreed upon in the SOW. Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 30 days. Don't worry—we're transparent about all costs upfront with no hidden surcharges.

3. Confidentiality & Data Security

At Zephyr Optimisation, we treat your operational data with the highest sensitivity. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as a standard practice for all our UK clients. Your proprietary methodologies remain yours; we're just here to make them leaner.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Zephyr Optimisation isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the implementation of our recommendations. Why? Because the final decision-making power always rests with your executive team.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts located near our Sandwell headquarters. We've been operating under these standards for over 12 years with a track record of fair resolution.
